There are totally 16 cameras installed with one DM869, which designed to view the premises which includes the car forecourt, service area and generally office environment. TeleEye DM869 supports pan/tilt function with 352X zoom which allows users to view every tiny details of the object being monitored. The TeleEAR is used to record audio within the customer services area allowing the management to monitor customer service levels. The audio is recorded for playback at a later date if necessary.
